Are you tired
of always feeling like your perspective on everything seems to have
a negative twist on life.  It’s a drag!

Well there’s
a quick way of infusing some positivity into your life. It’s as simple
as using free positive affirmations. You might be asking yourself: “What
are affirmations?” The dictionary definition would be “the
declaration that something is true.” In reality that is precisely
what affirmations are! 

Positive affirmations
are just truths presented in an uplifting manner in order to change
behavior for the positive, thereby creating a happier, healthier life
for the individual “declaring” the affirmations.   

Staying Calm Under Pressure

We all have those days when we have so much on our plate that we could
easily give into our stress and anxiety. It’s part of being a person
and having responsibility, but that doesn’t mean that we have to let
stress and anxiety to get the best of us.

During those rough days when nothing seems to be going our way, we
can choose how we react. We could pull our hair out and mutter swear
words… or we can use positive self-talk by repeating a few
anti-anxiety affirmations to ourselves. These positive affirmations can
help to ground us and remind us that we ultimately have control over
how we respond to external stresses.

the real thing or if we could improve upon it in any way.  The fact of
the matter is that a lot of people are happy and you have the ability
to be happy, as well.  That’s right, you have the ability to be happy, meaning it’s an active choice you have to make.

really can work for you regardless of how low your self-confidence may
currently be. Start using confidence-building affirmations to change
