How to Easily Develop Self Confidence
Be all you can be, but it’s not hard to develop your self confidence.
You have to see yourself as somewhat contented with your life the way
things are, but of course it’s hard to think of anything else when
where are real issues to be discussed.
So
we’re all pelted with problems in our life. Honestly it shouldn’t even
bother or even hinder us to develop our self confidence.
How you can easily develop your self confidence? All you need is these 3 simple things.
1) Determination
Make
the best out of your determination rather than just scribbling notes
and often in a hurried panic. Some people like to write things down on
index cards to remind them of developing their self confidence, while
other resort to being a little more silly as they look at their notes
written on the palm of their hand (not for clammy hands, please). Just
be comfortable with what you know since your determination will help
you in building your self confidence.
2) Discipline
Taking
just 60 seconds a day to appreciate the good thing will have a good
impact on you in your quest to develop your self confidence.
3) Crushing your enemy within you
Dr.
Daniel Amen talks about “ANTs” - Automatic Negative Thoughts in his
book called “Change Your Brain, Change Your Life,” . These are the bad
thoughts that are usually reactionary, like “Those people are
whispering, they must be talking bad about me ,” or “The boss asks me to
see him? I must be in trouble!” Don’t let these thoughts block your
efforts in building your self confidence. Just squash them away as
these thoughts are just an ANTs.
The basics of goal settings
especially in developing self confidence should not be so difficult
once you get to be familiar with them. Good luck!
